矮秆突变系福井71的秆长变化,受温度的影响较大。为了阐明这一性状表现的基本因素,比较了福井71和半矮秆突变品种黎明及它们的原品种藤实在不同温度条件下的秆长类型。从苗期到成熟,结合三种施肥处理进行了三种温度处理,即高温(白天30℃-夜间25℃)、中温(23℃-18℃)和低温(16℃-12℃)。福井71秆长对温度的反应和其他两个品种有显著差异。黎明和藤实的秆长大致随温度的增加而增长,而福井71在高温条件下的秆长低于中温时的秆长。另一方面,三个品种均未发现对肥料的明显反应。福井71由各生育阶段至成熟期经极高温条件(45℃-30℃)处理,生长严重受抑,以致许多植株不能完全抽穗。然而对藤实而言,在这种极高温处理中,尽管抽穗期比对照稍有延迟,仍有大量植株完全抽穗。两个品种的茎秆节间相对长度因温度条件不同而有明显差异。与低温条件下相比,高温时通常上部节间伸长较多,而下部节间受抑比较严重。这种表现形式在福井71上较藤实更为明显。
Dwarf mutant line Fukui 71 changes in culm length, influenced by temperature. In order to elucidate the basic factors of the performance of this trait, the culm length types of Fujing 71 and semi-dwarf mutant varieties Dawn and their original varieties were compared at different temperatures. From seedling stage to maturity, three temperature treatments were carried out in combination with three fertilization treatments, namely high temperature (30 ℃ during the daytime - 25 ℃ at nighttime), middle temperature (23 ℃ -18 ℃) and low temperature (16 ℃ -12 ℃). Fukui 71 culm length of the temperature response and the other two varieties were significantly different. The stem length of dawn and rattan increased with the increase of temperature, while the length of stem of Fukui 71 under high temperature was lower than that of medium temperature. On the other hand, no significant response to the fertilizer was found for all three varieties. Fukui 71 was treated at very high temperature (45 ℃ -30 ℃) from birth to maturity, and its growth was severely inhibited. As a result, many plants could not be fully heading. However, for Fujitsu, in this extreme temperature treatment, a large number of plants are still fully heading although the heading time is slightly delayed compared with the control. The relative lengths of internodes of two varieties differed significantly due to different temperature conditions. Compared with the low temperature conditions, the upper internode elongation is usually higher at high temperature, while the lower internode depression is more serious. This form of expression is more apparent in Fukui 71 than Fujitsu.
