目的制作一种呼吸机螺纹管消毒浸泡架,并观察其应用效果。方法将集中回收清洗消毒的192套呼吸机管路分为两组,对照组直接桶内浸泡消毒,实验组使用消毒架消毒,比较两组消毒效果。结果完成整个消毒过程实验组需(51.95±0.83)s,对照组需(76.18±3.07)s,两组呼吸机螺纹管外壁表面微生物采样培养结果都为阴性,合格率为100%;管内壁表面微生物采样培养结果,实验组合格率为100%,对照组合格率为93%。结论使用呼吸机螺纹管消毒架,不仅保证了消毒质量,提高了工作效率,还减少了职业伤害,制作使用方便,值得推广。
Objective To make a ventilator thread tube sterilization immersion frame, and observe the application effect. Methods A total of 192 sets of ventilators for cleaning and disinfecting were divided into two groups. The control group was immersed and disinfected directly in the barrel. The experimental group was disinfected with disinfecting rack, and the disinfection effect was compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group needed to complete the entire disinfection process (51.95 ± 0.83) s, while the control group needed (76.18 ± 3.07) s. The results of microbiological sampling on the outer wall of the screw tube of both groups were negative with a pass rate of 100% Microbial sampling results, the experimental group pass rate of 100%, the control group pass rate of 93%. Conclusion The use of ventilator thread tube disinfection rack, not only to ensure the quality of disinfection and improve work efficiency, but also reduce occupational injuries, making it easy to use, it is worth promoting.
