笔者以乙型肝炎病毒体外培养的细胞为对象,观察由8味中草药组方肝毒清抗乙型肝炎病毒活性。结果,肝毒清浓度为5mg/ml时能抑制HBeAg分泌;10、50mg/ml时培养细胞分泌HBsAg和HBeAg受抑制;
The author took hepatitis B virus in vitro cultured cells as the object and observed the anti-hepatitis B virus activity of Fangweiqing with 8 Chinese herbs. As a result, HBeAg secretion was inhibited when the liver toxicity concentration was 5 mg/ml, and HBsAg and HBeAg were inhibited when cultured at 10 and 50 mg/ml.
