采用非线性动力学分析方法,观察了陈旧性心肌梗塞、糖尿病病人非线性动力学参数的改变。结果显示:陈旧性心肌梗塞病人与正常人相比关联维数增高(P< 0.05),李氏指数降低;糖尿病病人与正常人相比关联维数显著增高(P< 0.01),李氏指数降低;两组病人的熵与正常人相比基本不变。因此,关联维数可反映陈旧性心肌梗塞和糖尿病时自主神经功能的变化。
Nonlinear dynamic analysis method was used to observe the changes of nonlinear kinetic parameters in patients with old myocardial infarction and diabetes. The results showed that the correlation dimension was increased (P <0.05) and Lee’s index was decreased in patients with old myocardial infarction compared with normal subjects. The correlation dimension of diabetic patients was significantly higher than that of normal subjects (P <0.01) Lee’s index decreased; two groups of patients entropy compared with normal people basically unchanged. Therefore, the correlation dimension reflects the changes of autonomic nervous function in old myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus.
