本实验以红细胞膜 Na~+·K~+-ATP 酶活性为指标,观察了人参多糖在提高大鼠冷适应能力方面的作用。结果表明,人参多糖组 Na~+·K~+-ATP 酶活性较单纯暴寒组增加20%～30%。
In this experiment, the erythrocyte membrane Na~+·K~+-ATPase activity was used as an index to observe the role of ginseng polysaccharides in improving cold adaptation in rats. The results showed that the activity of Na~+•K~+-ATPase in the ginseng polysaccharide group increased by 20% to 30% compared with the pure cold group.
