应用光镜和电镜技术,对疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染后的培养细胞CV-1中微丝结构与功能的变化进行动态观察,探讨病毒感染造成的微丝形态及分布变化。观察结果,或染细胞微丝分布不均、结构不清。
The changes of microfilament structure and function in cultured CV-1 cells after infection with herpes simplex virus type 1 were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. The morphological changes and distribution of microfilaments caused by virus infection were investigated. Observations, or uneven distribution of infected cells, the structure is unclear.
