本文通过对于大鼠离体心肌缺血-再灌注的电子自旋共振(ESR)研究,观察到Mn(Ⅱ)在大鼠心肌组织中的存在,并发现过渡金属离子与心肌细胞中产生的超氧自由基的形成与消灭有着密切关系,提出超氧自由基在组织中可能以结合态的形式存在着。并通过对在液氮下心肌组织ESR谱变化的观察,认为即使在液氮“冷冻状态”下也不能完全终止细胞内的反应,提出利用液氮保存生物自由基样品,然后进行集中检测的方法是不可取的。
