在中央关于科学技术体制改革决定的精神指导下,为了迎接新的技术革命,全面推动铁路工程建设科学技术进步,以适应四化建设的需要。1985年4月23日至28日部基建总局在广州召开全路基建系统科技工作会议。各铁路局、工程指挥部、勘测设计公司、工程公司、通号公司、高等院校、有关科研所、基建工厂共59个单位129人参加。这次会议主要针对铁路基建系统技术发展的现状,研究铁路工程建设的具体对策,讨论和制订铁路工程建设的科技发展目标,研究铁路基建系统推动科学技术进步的战略措施,讨论铁路工程建设新技术革命对策和新技术开发要点。
Guided by the spirit of the central decision on the reform of the science and technology system, in order to welcome the new technological revolution, we will comprehensively promote the progress of science and technology in railway construction to meet the needs of the four modernizations.
