省委办公厅、省政府办公厅今年3月出台了《关于加强和改进新形势下我省档案工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。深刻领会《意见》精神,抓住机遇发展档案事业,这是摆在各级档案部门面前的头等重要大事,必须主动作为,协调各方,锲而不舍、驰而不息地抓好贯彻落实。一、抓住机遇,乘势而上,推动档案事业跨越发展《意见》首先提出要完善档案工作体制机制,强调要坚持并不断完善党委和政府领导、档案部门归口负责、各方面共同参与的档案工作体制,同时要求各级党委和政府要为本级档案
