煤炭市场“黄金十年”的结束倒逼煤炭企业转型升级、深化改革,煤炭企业进入矛盾和问题凸显期。其中离退休人员对企业新出台政策的认识、理解、认同度方面的诉求,对经济待遇方面的诉求,对精神生活质量方面的诉求逐年增多,严重的甚至出现群体性上访现象。做好煤炭企业离退休思想政治工作,有效化解矛盾,是促进企业和谐发展的一项重要政治工作。本文分析了新时期煤炭企业离退休思想政治工作现状的成因,提出了建议和对策。
The end of the “golden decade” in the coal market forcing the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises, deepening reform and opening up the contradictions and problems highlighted by the coal enterprises. Retirees’ demands for recognition, understanding and acceptance of newly introduced policies on enterprises, appeals for economic treatment, and appeals for the quality of spiritual life have increased year by year, and serious or even mass petitions have appeared. Doing a good job in retired ideological and political work of coal enterprises and effectively resolving conflicts is an important political task for promoting the harmonious development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the causes of the status quo of retired ideological and political work in coal enterprises in the new era, puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
