教师在教学过程中要有良好的职业道德,应该以德为本,热爱自己的职业,热爱学生。教师对学生的爱是一种很重要要的教育,在教育过程中发挥其它任何教育力量所不能达到的作用。因而教师应主动地接近和了解学生,研究学生的心理发展和学习规律,使学生在课堂上能受到教师亲切态度的感染、渊博知识的熏陶,在自然融洽的情境中学习知识,从而使学生从尊重教师的人格、崇尚教师的学识到积极主动地学习知识,成为学习的主人,学习成绩就会明显提高,将收到良好的教学效果。伟大的科学家爱因斯坦说过:“兴趣是最好的老师。”无论任何学生,只要他对某一学科感兴趣,他一定会自觉主动地学习,认真刻苦地钻研,从而使学习收到事半功倍的效果。如何激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生由被动学习变为主动学习,这是每位任课教师在教学过程中必须引起高度重视的问题。
