处方:白芨粉10gm,雷佛奴尔0.2gm,醋酸洗必泰0.2gm,醋酸强的松0.25gm,盐酸达克罗宁0.5gm,清鱼肝油5gm,吐温-80 5gm,甘油6gm聚乙烯醇(17—88)8gm,羧甲基纤维素钠(粘度600—1000)蒸馏水适量加至180gm。制法:(1)聚乙烯醇加蒸馏水80ml,浸泡膨胀置水浴上溶成胶浆状,另取雷佛奴尔,盐酸达克罗宁,醋酸洗必泰溶于蒸馏水中,再加入甘油、白芨,将药液加入上述胶浆中—Ⅰ液。(2) 取聚甲基纤维素钠加入蒸馏水中溶解,另取醋酸强的松加入吐温—80中,再加清鱼肝油搅匀,加入前液中—Ⅱ液。
Prescription: Bletilla striata powder 10gm, Levergnur 0.2gm, chlorhexidine acetate 0.2gm, prednisone acetate 0.25gm, dicalcium hydrochloride 0.5gm, clear cod liver oil 5gm, Tween-80 5gm, glycerin 6gm polyvinyl alcohol (17-88) 8gm, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (viscosity 600-1000) distilled water qs to 180gm. System of law: (1) polyvinyl alcohol plus distilled water 80ml, soaked in swelling water bath dissolved into a mortar, and the other to take Ray Venetian, dacronine hydrochloride, chlorhexidine acetate dissolved in distilled water, then add glycerin, Bletilla striata, the liquid glue added to the above-Ⅰ liquid. (2) take sodium polymethylcellulose dissolved in distilled water, another strong prednisone acetate added Tween -80, plus clear cod liver oil and stir well, add liquid-Ⅱ liquid before.
