为了掌握货车197726型轴承大量应用的情况,自1981年以来每年均由部组织进行运用调查或分解检查。本文所述是这一系列跟踪调查之一,但因这次是厂修是分解检修,被检的轴承是五年运用而未曾分解检修过的,且是从运用车中随机抽取的,所以该次分解检查工作对判定该型轴承的结构性能、生产质量及取得检修经验都是重要的。文中对该次分解检查情况做了归纳整理,并提出了初步分析与建议。根据本次分解检修的四辆车的情况可以看出,该型轴承应用五年来运行40~50万公里,基本情况是好的,体现了该型轴承的特点及在我国货车上应用的适应性。但也可以看出,为了进一步提高该型轴承的运用可靠性和延长其使用寿命,需针对初期生产的轴承情况在产品设计、制造质量和管理等方面做出改进。

In this paper, the situation of the decomposing inspection is summarized, and a preliminary analysis and suggestion is put forward. According to the situation of the four vehicles disassembled and repaired, it can be seen that the application of this type of bearing runs 40 to 500,000 km in five years and the basic situation is good, which reflects the characteristics of this type of bearing and the adaptability applied in China’s trucks . However, it can also be seen that in order to further improve the reliability of this type of bearing and prolong its service life, improvements should be made in product design, manufacture quality and management for the initial production of bearings.
