按照建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求,围绕发展国民经济“九五”规划总体目标,结合建立现代企业制度、加强企业管理等一系列推动国有大中型企业改革政策的落实,为推动全国设备管理工作在“九五”期间取得新的进展,国家经贸委资源节约综合利用司5月19日在北京召开了“九五”设备管理工作思路研讨会。对会前提出的《全国设备管理“九五”工作纲要》框架(讨论稿),以及《全国设备管理“九五”工作纲要》编制的组织工作方案(讨论稿),进行讨论研究。
In accordance with the requirements of establishing a socialist market economic system, a series of policies to promote the reform of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises are implemented centering on the overall objectives of the development of the national economy during the Ninth Five-Year Plan, combined with the establishment of a modern enterprise system, and strengthening of enterprise management, to promote national equipment management. In the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, new progress was made. The Department of Resource-saving and Comprehensive Utilization of the State Economic and Trade Commission held a seminar on the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” for equipment management in Beijing on May 19. The discussion and study will be conducted on the framework (draft for discussion) of the “National Workforce Management” Outline for the Ninth Five-Year Plan, as well as the organization work plan (draft for discussion) prepared by the “National Workforce Management” Work Plan for the Ninth Five-Year Plan.
