采用α-Al2O3作晶核剂制备β-偏磷酸钙晶须,探讨氧化铝含量、复合TiO2的晶核剂对产物含量、成分和形貌的影响。使用X-射线荧光光谱(XRF),傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的成分、形貌等进行了分析。测试结果表明:(1)采用4%Al2O3作晶核剂时,能够生成β-偏磷酸钙含量为32.52%的晶须材料;(2)随着原料中氧化铝含量的增加,玻璃化倾向显著降低,产物中的β-Ca(PO3)2含量减少;(3)采用4%Al2O3-2%TiO2作复合晶核剂时,能加速钙磷玻璃体转变为β-偏磷酸钙,促进结晶。
The α-Al2O3 as nucleating agent was used to prepare β-calcium metaphosphate whiskers. The effects of alumina content and the nucleating agent on the content, composition and morphology of the product were investigated. The composition and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that: (1) When 4% Al2O3 is used as the nucleating agent, the whisker material with the content of β-metaphosphate of 32.52% can be formed; (2) With the increase of alumina content, the glass transition tendency is significant (3) When using 4% Al2O3-2% TiO2 as the composite nucleating agent, it can accelerate the transformation of calcium-phosphorus glass into β-calcium metaphosphate and promote the crystallization.
