1981年G.Engel创用~(125)碘氰心得靜(~(125)Iodocyano-Pindolol,简称~(125)ICYP),其优点为1,容易标记.2,较~(125)碘羟苄心得靜(~(125)Iodohydroxybenzylpindolol)特异性强对α及5-HT受体不起作用,对β受体结合力强3倍。3,比放射性高,只需用少量膜蛋白。4,较稳定,在20℃保存3个月,游离碘少于1％。1983年薛全福与Engel用此配体作大鼠肺β受体自显影发现3-7天即可得清晰图象,较以往用~3H标记配体大大缩短
