1临床资料患者男,76岁。颜面、躯干、四肢近端红斑伴痒2年余,加重2个月。2年前患者开始出现颜面部、颈部、躯干、四肢近端、腋窝、腹股沟皮肤水肿性红斑,以躯干及大腿内侧明显。表面覆以少量鳞屑,伴有剧烈瘙痒。门诊多次拟“湿疹”予抗过敏、外用糖皮质激素药膏、口服及外擦中草药等治疗,病情无明显改善。近2个月来发现前胸部、腹部、大腿内侧部位皮肤红斑基础上出现斑块,瘙痒更为剧烈,使用“酮替芬片、赛庚啶片”等
