本文用多种单克隆抗体,对5例正常人和2例门静脉高压患者的脾脏T、B淋巴细胞及其亚群的分布进行了研究。结果证明,T细胞大多集中在动脉周围淋巴鞘,其中也杂有少数B淋巴细胞。淋巴滤饱主要由B细胞构成,但也含有少量的T细胞,如Leu1、Lea3a和Leu4等阳性细胞,这些T细胞对于滤泡的形成是必需的。边缘区是T、B淋巴细胞的混合区,其中也包括T_(ac)阳性B细胞。脾脏红髓也是T、B细胞的混合区,这些细胞的分布无一定规律。此外,本文用LN-2抗体研究了脾脏的B淋巴细胞,它是唯一与B细胞核膜起反应的抗体,其活性不受B-5固定和石蜡包埋的影响。本文资料表明,门脉高压病人脾脏内的T、B细胞的染色反应和分布特征,与正常人无明显区别,但淋巴鞘似比正常人略有狭窄。
In this paper, with a variety of monoclonal antibodies, the distribution of T, B lymphocytes and their subpopulations in spleen of 5 normal subjects and 2 patients with portal hypertension were studied. The results show that, T cells are mostly concentrated in the periarterial lymphoid sheath, which also miscellaneous small number of B lymphocytes. Lymphatic filtration is mainly composed of B cells, but also contains a small amount of T cells, such as Leu1, Lea3a and Leu4 and other positive cells, these T cells for follicular formation is necessary. The marginal zone is a mixed zone of T and B lymphocytes, including T_ (ac) positive B cells. Spleen red pulp is also T, B cells in the mixed area, the distribution of these cells without certain laws. In addition, B lymphocytes of spleen were studied with LN-2 antibody, which is the only antibody that reacts with the nuclear membrane of B cells. Its activity is not affected by B-5 fixation and paraffin embedding. The information in this paper shows that the staining reaction and distribution characteristics of T and B cells in the spleen of patients with portal hypertension are not significantly different from those in normal people, but the lymphatic sheath may be slightly stenosed than that in normal people.
