本实验通过以硅胶,金红石型TiO_2等无机载体采用吸附法及氨基硅烷化共价结合法;以几丁质,脱乙酰几丁质等有机载体采用戊二醛交联法;以Ti(OH)_4为载体的金属螯合法来固定国产临床检测用胆固醇氧化酶等混合酶试剂,以筛选出较好的固定化方法。在活性载体的制备,固定化酶的条件及检测方法等方面采用微量化学实验技术进行试验,筛选出了该酶固定化最好载体是硅胶,较好的固定化方法是共价结合法。为研制生物传感器提供较好的活性载体。
