本合金是一种多用途的高温合金,其使用寿命随用途而异,用于航空发动机,战斗机一般是数百或上千小时,用于运输机为数千或数万小时;而用于动力工业的燃气轮机或柴油机增压涡轮,寿命可达几万甚至几十万小时。为保证合金长期使用时安全可靠,本章对合金在长期时效过程中力学性能和组织结构的变化进行了研究。有关合金的脆化问题,也将专题予以叙述。
The alloy is a multi-purpose superalloy, its service life varies by application, for aero engines, fighters are usually hundreds or thousands of hours for the transport aircraft for thousands or tens of thousands of hours; and for the power industry Gas turbine or diesel turbocharged turbine, life expectancy of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of hours. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the alloy for long-term use, the changes of mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy during the long-term aging are studied in this chapter. Concerning the embrittlement of the alloy, the topic will also be described.
