葫芦岛市在进行乌金塘水库恢复正常高水位蓄水工程、宫山嘴水库除险加固工程的同时,对青山水库供水工程已报批待建。日前,《青山水库项目建议书》已通过水利部水利规划设计总院的专家审查。这标志着被誉为该市“生命工程”的青山水库工程已取得阶段性成果,标志着该工程建设已迈出关键性一步。将为该工程的立项、批复,奠定良好的基础。
