报载,广州轻工集团充分行使资产经营者的职能,以经济手段不断强化对经营管理者的管理,建立起一套激励与约束相结合的干部管理机制:对自我约束好、资产增值快、经济效益佳的企业,按合同向领导班子名正言顺地兑现报酬,对那些不顾经营好坏、积累多少,巧言名目「按胆分配」的企业领导,责令退回不合理所得;对少数违反财经纪律,逃避财务监督,造成国有资产流失的企业领导,则毫不留情地追究经济责任,给予纪律处罚。因此,集团各项经济指标也因管理的科学而连上新台阶。
