The on-site seminar on “Restructuring of Agriculture and Growth of Young Brokers” convened by the League and the Provincial Party Committee has a clear theme, rich characteristics of the times and forward-lookingness and a high number of problems to be solved. Its significance lies not in cultivating much rural youth to do business, but more importantly, it is a kind of social benefit. In the new historical stage of development, after agriculture has entered a difficult climb, the CYL organizations have taken the initiative to meet the challenges and served the agricultural restructuring. Serve rural youth to become an important measure to increase income.
