Mile’s手术被认为是治疗直肠癌的经典术式，但术后需行永久性人工肛门，因此国内外学者都在致力于寻找一种功能更接近于正常肛门的原位肛门重建术。我们在直肠下段癌经腹会阴联合根治切除术后用股薄肌代外括约肌，用带血管蒂的回盲瓣代内括约肌行原位肛门重建水5例，效果较好
Mile’s surgery is considered to be a classical treatment for rectal cancer, but permanent artificial anus is required after surgery. Therefore, scholars at home and abroad are all devoted to finding an orthotopic anorectal reconstruction function that is closer to the normal anus. We used the sphincter muscle to replace the external sphincter after resection of the lower rectum cancer by abdomino-perineal combined radical resection, and used vascularized ileocecal valve to replace the internal sphincter to reconstruct water in situ with anal sphincter in 5 cases.
