李××男8岁汉族辽宁省金县人,住院号33204。自幼双眼视力不佳。1983年4月右眼晶体前脱位、继发青光眼入院手术,摘除晶体,同时发现左眼晶体上部也向前半脱位,平卧后又退回后房,家属不愿同时手术。出院后1年,右眼晶体又向前脱位,眼压增高,再次入院。患儿智力低下,身高110cm,体重32kg,颈短体胖,手指粗短,胸宽,心脏听诊及透视未见异常。眼部检查:因不合作视力无法测定,眼压右眼14.57、左眼28.97mmHg,角膜直径11×10mm。右眼前房
