建立新型农村合作医疗制度(简称“新农合”),是建设社会主义新农村,提高农民健康水平所采取的一项重大举措,对于减轻农民就医的经济负担,促进农村社会协调发展具有重要意义。作为这项制度得已建立和高效运转的重要基础性文件材料的档案,正日益发挥着不可替代的重要作用。开展新农合民生档案规范工作,科学整合新农合民生档案资源,合理利用民生档案,对构建诚信政府、更好服务民生具有重要意义。
