据统计,目前我国高校在校生中有大约40%为理工科学生,而我国的工程师教育专业认证的相关制度建设却还没有及时跟上步伐,高等工程教育形势还十分严竣;德国工程师教育作为世界高等工程教育中的成功模式之一,素以其独特的培养模式和成功经验为世界各国所称道。本文试从德国工程师培养模式入手,探析该模式的历史演变及特点,力图我国的工程师教育发展提供有益的借鉴。
According to statistics, at present about 40% of college students in our country are science and engineering students, and the relevant system construction of our country’s engineer education professional certification has not yet kept pace with the progress, the situation of higher engineering education is still very serious. The education of German engineers as the One of the successful models in higher engineering education in the world is to be praised by all countries in the world for its unique training model and successful experience. This paper tries to start with the training mode of German engineers, analyzes the historical evolution and characteristics of this mode, and tries to provide useful reference for our country’s engineer education development.
