在教学过程中,师生关系是人际关系中最基本的、最重要的方面。它包括师生间的工作关系、组织关系和心理关系。师生之间的心理关系及其在教学中的作用,近年来逐步被人们所认识,为人们所注意。 师生间的心理关系,包括认识和情感两个方面,师生间的情感贯穿着整个教学过程,它不仅可以调节教师的行为,也具有调节学生行为的功能。许多研究证实,教师不同的情感会导致有区别地对待学生,造成教学内容和教学方法上的差异,从而制约学生的态度、期望和行为,影响到学生的学习成绩。
In the teaching process, teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important aspect of interpersonal relationship. It includes the working relationship between teachers and students, organizational relations and psychological relationships. The psychological relationship between teachers and students and their role in teaching, gradually recognized by people in recent years, people pay attention. Teachers and students in the psychological relationship, including knowledge and emotion, the feelings between teachers and students throughout the entire teaching process, which not only can regulate teacher behavior, but also has the function of regulating student behavior. Many studies confirm that the different emotions of teachers lead to different treatment of students, resulting in differences in teaching content and teaching methods, thus restricting students ’attitudes, expectations and behaviors, affecting students’ academic performance.
