我院儿科1994年～1997年共收治皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征(MCLS)14例,现总结如下。对象与方法一、一般资料:本组男10例,女4例;～1岁7例,～2岁5例,～3岁2例,最小4个月。夏季发病7人,秋季4人,冬季2人。二、临床资料 (一)症状:14例均有发热,其中弛张热9例,不规则热5例,热程6～11天,平均8天。其它有流涕、咳嗽、呕吐、腹泻等。 (二)体征:13例有皮疹,见于发病2～8天之间,皮疹以躯干部为主,呈猩红热样皮疹9例,斑丘疹4例。浅表淋巴结肿大11例,多见于颈部,其次为颌下及
