介绍一种新型机械法旧砂再生系统及其在水玻璃铸钢件中的应用 ,对水玻璃再生砂与新砂的粒度分布、工艺性能进行了对比研究 ,结果表明 ,水玻璃再生砂的表面圆整度比新砂好 ,终强度比新砂高 ,而且该机械法旧砂再生新技术在生产中应用取得了良好的效果 ,很好地解决了水玻璃旧砂水爆清砂所带来的环境污染问题
This paper introduces a new type of mechanical sand reclamation system and its application in water glass castings. The particle size distribution and technological properties of reclaimed sand and fresh sand are compared. The results show that the surface round The whole area is better than the new sand and the ultimate strength is higher than that of the new sand. Moreover, the new technology of the old sand recycling by the mechanical method has achieved good results in the production and well solved the environmental pollution brought by the sand blasting of water glass
