对板厚1.0mm、晶粒尺寸6.0μm的细晶AZ91D镁合金板材进行了快速气压胀形行为的研究。在250~400℃的温度内进行了各种气压的300 s的半球件快速气压胀形试验,研究温度和气压对快速气压胀形能力的影响。试验结果表明,在400℃、0.5MPa气压下可以得到最大胀形高度为33.0mm的半球件。以上述结果为基础,进行了300s的筒形件快速气压胀形试验,采用两阶段加载快速气压胀形出了20 mm高而且表面质量好、圆角半径符合要求的筒形件。对胀形件不同位置取样进行金相观察,变形量越大,晶粒越细小。
The fast-buckling behavior of fine-grained AZ91D magnesium alloy plate with a thickness of 1.0 mm and a grain size of 6.0 μm was studied. In 250 ~ 400 ℃ temperature for a variety of pressure 300 s hemispherical rapid bulge test to study the temperature and pressure on the rapid bulging ability. The experimental results show that at 400 ℃, 0.5MPa pressure can get the maximum bulge height of 33.0mm hemispherical pieces. Based on the above results, a rapid gas bulge test was carried out on the cylindrical part of 300s. The two-stage rapid gas pressure was used to shape the cylindrical part with a height of 20 mm and good surface quality and rounded radius. Samples of different positions on the bulging metallographic observation, the greater the deformation, the smaller the grain.
