室温下采用Bc路径对7003铝合金进行等径角挤压加工,采用金相显微镜、透射电镜、显微硬度测试及抗压性能测试,分析了该铝合金材料的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:经过4道次的等径角挤压加工,该材料的晶粒被剪切细化,晶粒平均尺寸小于3μm;4道次后试样的屈服强度达到410MPa,试样X面的硬度达到134.82HV。
At room temperature, 7003 aluminum alloy was subjected to isoptic angle extrusion by Bc path. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy were analyzed by metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope, microhardness test and compressive strength test. The results show that after 4 passes of equal diameter angular extrusion, the grain size of the material is sheared and refined, the average grain size is less than 3μm. After 4 passes, the yield strength of the specimen reaches 410MPa. Hardness reached 134.82HV.
