目的:建立小儿咽扁颗粒中野鸢尾黄素、白射干素含量的测定方法。方法:L9(34)正交设计优选供试液制备方法,采用XB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(B)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)梯度洗脱,检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:野鸢尾黄素、白射干素分别在2.560×10-2~0.6400μg(r=0.9995)和5.240×10-3~0.1310μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好。精密度、重现性、稳定性的RSD均小于2%,野鸢尾黄黄素及白射干素的平均加样回收率分别为95.93%和96.19%。结论:所采用方法可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of wild tectorigenin Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal design was optimized for the preparation of test solution. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the wild tectorigenin and the white powder in the range of 2.560 × 10-2 ~ 0.6400μg (r = 0.9995) and 5.240 × 10-3 ~ 0.1310μg (r = 1.0000) respectively. The RSD of precision, reproducibility and stability were both less than 2%. The average recoveries of the two samples were 95.93% and 96.19%, respectively. Conclusion: The method used is reliable, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content and quality control of the preparation.
