早孕因子(EPF,early pregnancy factor)是在孕卵着床前到妊娠中期均可在孕母血清中检出的免疫抑制性物质。EPF的检测在计划生育临床上有着多方面的应用前景。一、对EPF的现时认识 (一)生化本质及作用方式:EPF生化本质不明。只知是一(类)耐热(56℃30分钟)、耐透析的蛋白质。随来源及提取方法的不同,人们从不同孕期母血、商品hCG制剂、及人体外受精卵培养上清液中均检出过具不同生化特性的EPF。一切经检查过的哺乳动物孕期血清中,均曾检出过EPF,并见EPF的作用无种
The early pregnancy factor (EPF) is an immunosuppressive substance that can be detected in the pregnant mother’s serum before the embryo implantation until the second trimester. The detection of EPF has a wide range of clinical applications in family planning. First, the current understanding of the EPF (a) the nature of the biochemical and mode of action: EPF biochemical nature is unknown. Only known as a (class) heat-resistant (56 ℃ 30 minutes), anti-dialysis protein. With different sources and methods of extraction, people from different maternal blood during pregnancy, product hCG preparations, and human supernatants were detected in culture supernumests with different biochemical characteristics of EPF. All examined mammals during pregnancy serum, have been detected in EPF, and see the role of EPF species-free
