目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌转移、预后的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测浸润性乳腺癌(40例)、乳腺原位癌(20例)组织标本中VEGF、MMP-2的表达水平;同时选择20份乳腺癌旁3 cm乳腺组织作为正常对照组。分析不同VEGF、MMP-2表达水平与乳腺癌浸润、转移之间的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织中VEGF、MMP-2的表达水平均显著高于正常对照(P<0.05)。VEGF、MMP-2表达水平在乳腺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、Cerb-2表达不同的亚组中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织中VEGF、MMP-2过度表达可作为评估乳腺癌浸润转移和预后不良的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in breast cancer and their relationship with the metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in invasive breast cancer (40 cases) and breast carcinoma in situ (20 cases). At the same time, 20 cases of breast cancer adjacent to 3 cm were selected as normal Control group. To analyze the relationship between different VEGF, MMP-2 expression levels and breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Results: The expression levels of VEGF and MMP-2 in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The expressions of VEGF and MMP-2 in breast cancer were significantly different (P <0.05) in the differentiation of breast cancer, lymph node metastasis and Cerb-2 expression. Conclusion: The overexpression of VEGF and MMP-2 in breast cancer tissue can be used as a reference index to evaluate the infiltration, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
