Since the 1980s, the rapid development of health food products in the world, the annual output value has been soared from hundreds of millions of dollars, reaching tens of billions of dollars, and even hundreds of billions of dollars. This momentum of development offers a unique opportunity for the food industry: a challenge for government agencies. So it will create such a situation. The most important one of them is the demand of consumers. With the continuous rise of diseases related to modern life and the increasing awareness of consumers’ self-care, spending money on health has become a fashion. Another important factor is the advancement in science and technology (especially in biological science) that makes nutrition
