建筑工程的质量好坏对社会的稳定发展和人民生命财产安全有直接的影响,因此,必须对建筑工程施工质量进一步提高,保障建筑工程的质量不会在任何一个环节产生状况,否则会给工程的整体质量安全带来无法想象的后果。作为监督工程质量的一个重要体系,监理是工程质量提高的重要手段和保证因素。本文主要对建筑施工中的质量监理中产生的问题进行了阐述,并进一步讨论了加强建筑施工中的质量监理的有效措施。
The quality of construction projects has a direct impact on the stable development of society and the safety of people's lives and property.
