2011年颁布的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》(以下简称《专业标准》)要求小学教师要“主动收集分析相关信息,不断进行反思,改进教育教学工作”。究竟何时反思,反思什么,如何反思?笔者认为小学教师教学反思应做到“四化”。一、时间层面:教学反思常态化1.树立教学反思意识。教学反思既有利于促进小学教师专业发展,提高自身素养,又有利于小学教师在反思中充分认识、调控和优化教师教学行为。作为一线小学教师,需要充分认识教学反思的重要性和意义。
