采用硝酸-硫酸铁腐蚀试验,扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPM)等方法研究了气相扩渗稀土(La、Ce)对1Cr18Ni9钢晶间腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,扩渗后倒在面几乎不存在贫Cr区,耐晶同腐蚀性能明显改善,超过经稳定化处理的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢水平.
The effect of rare earth (La, Ce) on the intergranular corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Ni9 steel was studied by nitric acid-ferric sulfate corrosion test, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe (EPM) The results show that there is almost no Cr-depleted area after pouring, and the resistance to crystal corrosion obviously improves, which surpasses that of stabilized 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel.
