旋毛虫病是由旋毛虫引起的疾病。中南地区报道较少,现将我们收治6例小儿旋毛虫病分析总结如下。 1 一般资料 1.1 6例患儿中男4例,女2例;年龄3岁～11岁,皆以发热待查收入院。 1.2 临床表现:发热6例,呕吐6例,腹泻4例,腹痛4例,全身肌肉酸痛6例,呼吸困难2例,浮肿3例。 1.3 诊断:①皆有吃羊、猪肉串病史;②长期发热未找到其它原因及感染病灶;③高热、大汗、全身肌肉酸痛;④旋毛虫印斑试验阳性。
Trichinellosis is a disease caused by Trichinella. South China reported less, now we have 6 cases of pediatric trichinosis analysis summarized below. 1 General Information 1.1 6 cases of children in 4 males and 2 females; aged 3 to 11 years old, all admitted to hospital pending fever. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: fever in 6 cases, 6 cases of vomiting, 4 cases of diarrhea, abdominal pain in 4 cases, 6 cases of systemic muscle soreness, 2 cases of dyspnea, edema in 3 cases. 1.3 Diagnosis: ① eat sheep, pork skewer history; ② long-term fever did not find other causes and infections; ③ high fever, sweat, muscle soreness; ④ Trichinella printing test was positive.
