对山东省备战“八运会”的120名一级以上优秀运动员,1996-1997年冬训期间一次大负荷训练课前后的唾液辜酮(T)和唾液皮质醇(C)进行了测定,结果显示:大负荷训练课后,多数项目运动员唾液T下降,而唾液C升高,T/C值呈下降趋势,提示T/C值可作为安排训练的一个较敏感指标;铁人三项、游泳等长时间周期性项目运动后激素变化显著,武术、乒乓球等项目则变化较小,可能与间歇时激素恢复有关;举重、柔道、摔跤等力量成分要求高的项目运动前后激素变化显著,且运动前激素水平也高,表明高的激素水平可能是长期系统训练的结果。
The results showed that 120 excellent athletes of first class or above and the saliva cortisol (T) and salivary cortisol (C) before and after a heavy-duty training course in 1996 ~ 1997 winter training in Shandong Province were measured. : After the heavy-load training class, the saliva T of most athletes decreased, while the saliva C increased. The T / C value showed a downward trend, suggesting that the T / C value could be used as a more sensitive index for arranging training. The results showed that there was a significant change in hormones after exercise. The items such as martial arts and table tennis changed little during the intermittent exercise, which may be related to hormone recovery during intermittent exercise. The items with high strength and weight required for weight training, judo and wrestling had significant changes before and after exercise, Hormone levels are also high, indicating that high hormone levels may be the result of long-term systematic training.
