知识在社会经济发展中的作用,随着时代的前进而日益突出。当前,一些发达国家正在逐步走向知识经济时代。我国也同样面临知识经济的挑战,面临着知识经济时代即将来临。知识经济时代之所以不同于农业时代和工业时代,是因为知识经济是以知识为基础的经济,知识体现在高科技之中,体现在能够掌握、运用与发展高科技的人才身上。人的因素、智力因素、科学技术因素在经济增长中的作用,在知识经济时代要比农业时代和工业时代重要得多。也就是说,知识经济时代最基本的特征是知识的地位和作用发生了根本性变化,知识越来越重要,知识的投入对国内生产总值的增长起着越来越显著的作用。正因为有了知识创新,才使近年来世界面貌发生了巨大的变化。也正是有赖于不断的、加速的知识创新,才能保证未来世界经济的进一步发展。
The role of knowledge in social and economic development has become increasingly prominent as the times go by. At present, some developed countries are gradually moving toward the era of knowledge economy. Our country is also facing the challenge of knowledge-based economy, facing the era of knowledge economy is approaching. The era of knowledge-based economy is different from the agricultural and industrial age because knowledge-based economy is based on knowledge-based economy, knowledge embodied in high-tech, embodied in the ability to master, use and development of high-tech talent. The role of human factors, intellectual factors and scientific and technological factors in economic growth is much more important in the era of knowledge economy than in the agricultural and industrial age. The input of knowledge plays a more and more significant role in the growth of the GDP. It is precisely because of knowledge innovation that the world has undergone tremendous changes in recent years. It is also due to constant and accelerated knowledge innovation that future economic growth in the world can be guaranteed.
