本文以现代海战为例,强调系统反应时间和目标指示精度在表征舰用作战指挥系统性能中的重要地位;阐明这两个性能指标的含义以及影响它们的因素;并初步探讨提高性能指标的途径。
Taking modern naval warfare as an example, this paper emphasizes the importance of system response time and target indicating accuracy in characterizing the performance of ship combat commanding system. It clarifies the meaning of these two performance indexes and the factors that affect them, and also discusses the ways of improving performance index .
