1982～1990年我院共收治经纤维胃镜或手术诊断的消化性溃疡728例,其中老年患者(≥60岁)70例,青年患者(≤30岁)276例,现对比分析如下。临床资料一、一般资料老年组男性54例,女性16例,男:女=3.4:1,平均患病年龄67.8岁,占同期病例9.2%。青年组男性208例,女性68例,男:女=3.O6:1,平均患者年龄24.6岁,占同期病例36.4%。
From 1982 to 1990, 728 cases of peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastroscope or surgery were treated in our hospital. Among them, 70 cases were elderly patients (≥60 years old) and 276 cases were young patients (≤30 years old). The comparative analysis is as follows.
