目的 比较CO2 激光术与CO2 激光术并万乃洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法 6 3例患者随机分为 2组 ,CO2 激光术联合万乃洛韦 32例 ,单纯CO2 激光术 31例。结果 CO2 激光术联合万乃洛韦与单纯CO2 激光术疗效P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异。结论 CO2 激光术联合万乃洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣明显优于单纯CO2 激光术
Objective To compare the efficacy of CO2 laser and CO2 laser and valalovir in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups: CO2 laser combined with valairivir in 32 cases and CO2 laser alone in 31 cases. Results CO2 laser with valacyclovir and CO2 laser alone treatment P <0.01, a significant difference. Conclusion CO2 laser combined with valalovir is superior to CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum
