分析了φ76mm定径孔型系统因不均匀磨损造成早期失效的原因,讨论了从工艺设计、选材加工、装配使用等方面加以改进和控制的途径,在此基础上采取相应措施能使其使用寿命由原来的400～500t提高到900～1100t。
The reasons of early failure caused by uneven wear of φ76mm sizing pass system were analyzed. The ways to improve and control the process design, material selection and processing, assembly and use were discussed.
