采用田间试验方法,研究了烟草苗床上甲基溴替代药剂对烟草根结线虫的控制作用。从2002~2003年间,分别对威百亩和棉隆替代溴甲烷对烟草苗床上根结线虫的控制效果作了评价,测定了各药剂对植物活力的影响等。结果表明在所有测定的参量中威百亩、棉隆和溴甲烷防效无明显差异(P=0.05),说明威百亩、棉隆是溴甲烷的有效替代物,可用来烟草苗床病虫草害的有效控制。
A field experiment was conducted to study the control effect of methyl bromide substitutes on root-knot nematode in tobacco seedbed. From 2002 to 2003, we evaluated the control effects of Weimai and Melange replace methyl bromide on root-knot nematodes in tobacco seedbed, and determined the effect of each agent on plant vitality. The results showed that there was no significant difference (P = 0.05) in the control efficacy of Wei-Mei, Meilong and methyl bromide among all the measured parameters, indicating that Wei-mu and Meilong were effective substitutes for methyl bromide and could be used to effectively control tobacco plant diseases and insect pests control.
