颅内压(ICP)密切影响着脑血流及脑自动调节功能。ICP增高使颅内压力容积发生变化而引起脑病理生理改变。ICP监护是控制颅内压,积极防治高颅压低灌注的可靠而有效的手段。
Intracranial pressure (ICP) closely affects cerebral blood flow and brain autoregulation. ICP increased intracranial pressure volume changes caused by the pathophysiological changes of the brain.
