为了揭示台风对河口沼泽土壤间隙水溶解性甲烷(CH4)、溶解性二氧化碳(CO2)和乙酸浓度等的影响,2013年7月测定了闽江河口短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)半咸水沼泽和互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)半咸水沼泽在台风“苏力”登陆前后土壤间隙水中的上述指标。结果表明,台风“苏力”显著降低了两种植物沼泽土壤间隙水中的溶解性CH4、溶解性CO2和乙酸浓度(p<0.05),同时显著增加了间隙水中SO42-浓度(p<0.01);与短叶茳芏沼泽土壤相比,互花米草沼泽土壤间隙水乙酸浓度等指标对台风的响应更为明显。两种植物沼泽土壤间隙水中乙酸浓度等指标对台风“苏力”响应的强度存在垂直剖面上的变化,短叶茳芏沼泽间隙水乙酸、硫酸根、溶解性CO2和溶解性CH4浓度在深度为10~20 cm土层中的变化最明显,而互花米草沼泽不同深度土层各指标浓度的变化对台风“苏力”响应较为复杂。
In order to reveal the effect of typhoon on the water solubility of methane (CH4), soluble carbon dioxide (CO2) and acetic acid in the inter-estuary swamp soil, the July semi-salt water swamp of Cyperus malaccensis And Spartina alterniflora half brackish water marsh before and after typhoon “Su Li ” landed in the soil gap water above indicators. The results showed that the typhoon “Suli ” significantly reduced the dissolved CH4, dissolved CO2 and acetic acid (p <0.05) in interstitial water of the two plant swamps and significantly increased the concentration of SO42- in interstitial water (p <0.01 ). The response to typhoon was more obvious when compared with the short-leaved 茳 芏 swamp soil, the interstitial water acetic acid concentration of Spartina alterniflora swamp was more obvious. The intensities of acetic acid in interstitial water of the two plant swamps varied in the vertical section with respect to the typhoon “Suli ”. The concentrations of acetic acid, sulfate, dissolved CO2 and dissolved CH4 The changes in the depth of 10 ~ 20 cm soil layer were the most obvious, but the changes of the indexes in different depth soil of Spartina alterniflora swamp were more complicated to the response of the typhoon “Su Li ”.
