在当前国家大力倡导节能减排的大好形势下,虽然道路运输企业也知道节能减排是好事情,但是迟迟没有落实到行动上。为了求解这个问题,本刊记者致电重庆交通大学公共交通专家王健。王健对这一现象发表了自己的看法。
